3D Rough Mapping & Laser Coring

Once the rough is extracted from the reactors, it is placed into advanced 3D scanning machines. AI algorithms calculate the most efficient yield models. Ultra-precise CNC lasers then slice the rough into uniform plates and core them into cylindrical shapes, neutralizing any internal inclusions.

Automated Bruting

Two diamonds are set onto counter-rotating robotic axles and spun against each other. This friction process, known as bruting, perfectly rounds the girdle to the exact target diameter (+/- 0.05mm tolerance), establishing the foundational symmetry for micro-setting.

CNC Blocking & Faceting

The critical phase. The rounded stones are transferred to multi-axis CNC faceting wheels. The machine blocks the primary 8 pavilion and 8 crown facets before moving to “brillianteering,” where the final micro-facets are applied. 57 mathematically perfect planes are generated without human error.

Acid Boiling & Cleansing

Polished diamonds contain microscopic residues of oil, metal dust, and carbon soot from the cutting wheels. They are submerged in a highly volatile bath of boiling sulfuric and nitric acid. Because diamond is chemically inert, it survives unaffected while all impurities dissolve away, revealing pure fire.

Machine Vision Sorting

Parcels are fed into automated optical sorting machines. High-speed cameras analyze the color tone and clarity characteristics of up to 10 stones per second. They are automatically categorized into specific VVS, VS, and SI bins, ensuring a perfectly homogenous B2B parcel.

Spectral QC Verification

Before final vacuum sealing, every parcel undergoes UV/IR spectral screening (e.g., using EXA or Yehuda scanners). This guarantees 100% lab-grown authenticity, preventing any cross-contamination with natural diamonds or CZ simulants.
