Snow Setting (满天星表盘) & Dials
The famed “Snow Setting” requires hundreds of mixed sub-millimeter diamonds seamlessly nested together on the dial. We provide pre-sorted parcels of varied micrometer sizes (e.g., 0.8mm to 1.3mm), all matching in VVS clarity and D-E color, allowing gem-setters to create an unbroken sea of ice.
Diamond Bezels & Casings
A single row of diamonds on a watch bezel demands exact mathematical symmetry. If the diameter of the 30th stone differs from the 1st, the final gap will be misaligned. Our identical diameter sorting (+/- 0.02mm) eliminates setting accumulation errors around the bezel track.
Hour Markers & Baguette Accents
Beyond round melee, luxury dials utilize baguette or princess cut diamonds as hour indices. We laser-cut and polish calibrated fancy shapes to exact microscopic dimensions, ensuring they drop perfectly into CNC-milled dial recesses.
